Living with haemochromatosis is an individual journey that requires consistent, medically supported self-management strategies guided by a positive attitude and awareness of their condition to achieve optimal disease management. This activity aims to educate GPs about the genetic cause of hereditary haemochromatosis and management techniques such as therapeutic venesection.

Participants will be able to access practical resources designed to help create a written asthma action plan for your patients, as well as tips on how to make the most of your consultation time with a patient.
