  • Describe non-pharmacological and pharmacological strategies to manage patients’ motor and non-motor symptoms of Parkinson’s disease.
  • Explain gastrointestinal dysfunction in Parkinson’s disease and the management options to alleviate it.
  • Recognise that regular review of motor and non-motor symptoms, including specialist referral (where appropriate), is important to maintain quality of life and safety.
